✨ This was a sketch/experiment but I kind of like how it turned out. I was trying to be more loose and less precise and I want to get better with my shading~☆✨Supplies:

What size of paper and brush do you use? i'm trying to figure out how to get a better control over the watercolor

That paper is 7.5 x 10 in / about 19cm x 25 cm. I used lots of brushes but I think I used mostly a big-ish brush. It's Winsor and Newton size 10 brush. The bristles are kind of like the size of my finger. I hope that helps

Probably i need a new set of brushes, the ones i use normally for acyrilic paint are on a very bad shape õ__ô

I usually just cut rogue bristles off but most of my brushes are getting kind of "bald" hahaha

I would say it turned out very pretty. I like the pasties rather than just having it all hang out. Nice job.

The drawing, colours, motif, they're all great. Buuuut, what amuses *me* the most is the 'sparkliness' of the stars and the motion blur of the light rising from her hand conveyed through the still image. I might be biased, starring at stars too much. 
If you don't mind me asking, how do you scan them? The colours seem very ...real

Mmmm I scan using an old Epson scanner and I usually have to adjust the colors ^^ This one I mostly adjusted the skin color but the blue is off too...

I get what you're saying about the colours, it's always a pain... Plus you can only know what they are on your particular monitor
