Description Warhammer 40000 fanart

The Chaplain, with bone-colour helmet is great... never see a chaplain with a helmet like this but it's quite cool.

Техническое исполнение, конечно, на высоте... За исключением тех двоих, что стоят по стойке "смирно". Как-то не очень они натурально выглядят. Ну это во-первых. Во-вторых... Блин, во-вторых... Картина чересчур уж яркая и веселенькая. Если в картине с марином из Детей Императора эта веселость является важной составляющей для передачи общей атмосферы, то тут она попросту неуместна, уж прости. По-моему, подобные мероприятия должны проходить в каком-нибудь суровом соборе, в окружении мрачноватых статуй и боевых братьев в нахмуренных шлемах.
Общий итог - неплохо, но "добрый" стиль не подходит для "мрачного мира будущего, где есть место только войне".

А почему бы им не быть добрыми и веселыми? Повод есть, событие радостное. У них позади, очевидно, хорошо выполненное задание, есть чувство морального удовлетворения.

Сами марины, конечно, могут быть добрыми и веселыми... Но не цветовая гамма и окружение, тем более уж в вахе. В конце концов, многими эта вселенная любима за мрачность и жест(о)кость. Но есть картина, где твой стиль пришелся как нельзя более кстати... Это картина с марином из Детей Императора. Столь явные взаимоисключающие параграфы в одном изображении просто порвали мне шаблон и неимоверно доставили.
