Please don't be insulted if I ask you this but do you use photographs that you tweak in photoshop with various techniques and then paint characters and objects over it? I really don't think that there is anything wrong with that but it looks pretty much like you do and I was curious.

it's just a masterful works since i think theres no Photoshop Filter or Plugin that can do it , i mean detailed just like real painting

I was asking the artist, I am sure that she is more than capable of defending herself. But I know that there are many techniques that can copy these effects quite realistically. There is no filter that can do it just of tha bat that is true but it can certainly be done, just pick up a photoshop magazine and flip to the faux traditional art section to see for your self. The process actually requires a lot of skill. The reason that I am asking is that the figures in these pictures are never done in the same detailed style and with the same brushstrokes as the background. The background also lacks some of the simplifications that all artist tend to do when they paint to make the forms clearer and avoid tangents.

imo it's just some masterful work of painting and texture usage - or painting with textured brushes in either SAI or Corel Paint
