Upon closer inspection ino realizes it is naruto and at that exact moment shikamaru peeks in to discuss strategies and ino stuffs naruto in her panties quickly. Ino finishes her mission and when she comes back she gets hinata, and sakura to come see naruto. Henceforth, naruto becomes their pet and they take turns taking care of him and in return they get to "play" with him
