Description PLEASE VIEW FULL VIEW! I promise it's not that big, it just looks a lot better!

I felt inspired to revisit some old, robot-based OCs. From right to left: Beary, Tevo, Talkie, S.S.S., Salutron, Mindless.

BEARY
Created to: force humanity into submission (and he is just one of millions)
Timeline/World: post-apocalyptic Earth
Speech Pattern: can only speak in pre-recorded messages

Bio: Like the rest of his kind, Beary was meant to keep humanity under close surveillance and recondition those that did not follow orders. However, a glitch had managed to overtake his body, and Beary seems to act according to his own will. He is extremely buggy and constantly breaks down. He is lucky to have two young human prisoners, whom he had saved from the reconditioning chambers, to keep him in check. Together these three constantly have to avoid re-imprisonment, and in Beary's case, decommissioning and disassembly.

TEVO
Created to: be a friend to a dying young prodigy
Timeline/World: Earth, sometime in the past
Speech Pattern: flips though TV channels to speak , speaks normally overall

Bio: Tevo was created in private back in the 60s by a lonely "kid genius" who was terminally ill. Tevo was meant to be a friend to this child and nothing more. He would broadcast TV and chat with his bed-ridden creator everyday until he eventually passed away. When Tevo realized his creator was nothing but bones, he left his home in search of a new friend, ignorant and unprepared for the world's reaction to his strange existence. Because Tevo was created by a child, he is unstable in many subtle ways. He grows extremely attached to those he bonds with and can become frighteningly violent and self-destructive when provoked. On the surface he acts like a scared and, strangely, spoiled kid.

TALKIE
Created to: protect children trapped in nightmares
Timeline/World: "Dreamworld"
Speech Pattern: has to wait for you to "tune in" to hear him speak, occasionally buzzes in the middle of words

Bio: Talkie's existence is very baffling. All that is known is that he appears in the nightmares of children to act as their aid, giving directions to "escape" the nightmare. He has a very downcast attitude, usually sobbing or mumbling about children he was unable to save in the past. This depressing disposition is his main downfall, as frightened kids have a difficult time putting trust in him.

S.S.S. (SPLIT-SCREEN-SIBLINGS)
Created to: unknown
Timeline/World: unknown
Speech Pattern: each side of the screen says every other word when speaking

Bio: Not much is known about them. There has been strange sitings of them from all over the world, all in different time periods. It has been theorized that they are time travelers. They constantly argue with one another, and are extremely rude and nasty. They can disconnect and act as different units, but because one side can only say every other word, without one another they are near impossible to understand.

SALUTRON ("SALLIE")
Created to: greet people as they entered buildings
Timeline/World: made by alien race on space station, sent to present day Earth
Speech Pattern: speaks formally, voice lacks emotion

Bio: Salutron was once emotionless, created only to say "hello" as residents entered the building she was built into. However, one day she mysteriously gained emotions when two rouge scientists secretly experimented on her. Salutron was, at first, happy to have feelings. But soon, as she began to question her own existence and ceased to greet residents, she was thrown out of the building. Salutron is sweet and motherly, but is very paranoid and tends to be pessimistic. She acts like a guardian to Mindless.

MINDLESS ("PROJECT 13")
Created to: collect information, take commands, destroy planets
Timeline/World: made by alien race on space station, sent to present day Earth
Speech Pattern: general bad English, adds "ness" to the end of adjectives and sometimes verbs, speaks in third person, adds "yes," "no," and "hmhm" to the end of sentences

Bio: Mindless was created by an alien race to gather information and destroy planets. However, his creators felt experimental and decided to implement emotions into his coding. When Mindless was packed and sent to Earth, he had found he was fearful and could no longer control the rocket he was traveling in. Years after his crash landing, the alien race presumed he was dead and moved on. However, Mindless had survived. During his time on Earth, Mindless slowly picked up English, and picked out a name for himself and gender to identify with. He was welcomed into a loving home, and although he struggles with the bugs from his crash landing, he is extremely positive and cheerful. Occasionally, because of his created purpose, he can be violent and overly persistent.
