WOOO this has been a long time in the works; I spent twenty minutes or so on it in the evenings I had free, and slowly but surely, I completed this over the course of a couple of weeks. I've only posted it now, of course, considering my slight apprehension of publishing this, but yesss here's a pretty Espeon because I love EspeonAlso I'm really proud that it turned out decent since I didn't use any references :0

I haven't downloaded any brushes rip
I used almost exclusively the brush tool, for the shading on the clouds I turned up the spread setting, and for the sunbeams I used the airbrushhh

There's a lot of beautiful things in the world, and this beats a lot of it.
Great work! Considering this is the product of multiple weeks, albeit 20 minutes per day, it is fantastic! The lighting, the colors, it gives a very bright feeling to those who understand the origins of Espeon.
