I really like the detail and how you've stressed the most important aspects of him here.
The expression is portrayed to us quite potently indeed. I feel as if... yeah, the impact is made to be quite big, through the colours, simplicity and all.

and yup it was quiet a task to add detail to him especially when ur doing it on a 3*2 inch mobile screen (LG KP500 cookie......with drawing panel application).
i think the whole thing was done in a time span of 4 to 5 days.........that is whenever i had free time ( i completed this one in 2 to 3 hours altogether ).
and yes the expression had to be as clear and impactful as possible
there were lots of minor edits to the first piece.......to bring him aive XD ,
with a lot of eye pain and red eyes......due to staring at the screen for such a long time......and one more thing is that i had only looked at his poster only once before actually drawing him........so i had to get all the facial features from my memory.

Another good part was where he has a Batman wannabe hostage and goes: "Look at me. LOOK AT ME!!!" I totally jumped at that part in the theatre!

Totally. The Dark Knight is without a doubt the best Batman film I've seen in years. It was a HUGE summer block buster hit in the summer of 2008.
