diluted water-based markers (what I do is paint with the marker in a paper similar to the watercolor paper, and with a small brush add water to dilute the ink and then colour the sketch) and the magic of photoshop app

the ones I use are "stabillo" and "carioca", and ones that are japanese, I forgot the name....
and the paper I use as a palette (where I first paint with the markers) has cotton fibers, that can absorb quite well the water ( I mostly use leftover of Super Alfa, but this one is quite expensive)
