"I have travelled so far and so long. At last I am approaching the Holy Tower where all who seek the truth must journey to..."I am seeing more and more traps for those of little faith, buildings that seem to open up into cities full of life and fond memories of what might have been had I not abandoned all for my quest. They invite me in, saying I am dead and must take shelter in a dream of the life I could have lived.
"I reject them but travel ever onwards to the Holy Tower.
"It is bigger than it was when I started but I am so weary..."

--- Inspired by Beksinski's works and a videogame for the PS3 called "Journey".
Just a digital painting experiment using Corel Painter 2023 and looking at Beksinski paintings to try to get the awesome colors done.
First non AI I've uploaded in a while. Cool thing about it is it has helped me PRACTICE too... Childish compared to Beksinski but starting to nail the colors down, that was my main weakness.
