Hahahaha. I love it. Shanks kinda looks like Luffy in this and I can totally see him getting Buggy up in the middle of the night and dragging him out there for them only to get lost. ^-^ And maybe then the Roger Pirates find them....who knows.....^-^ I'm gonna say that's what happened. Lost the paddles along the ways somehow and, well I think we know what happened....Well, he's got the hat tho....oh, who cares. IT'S AN AWESOME PICTURE!!!!

arrr,, the ripples was actually very simple my dear .. all you need is teh magic of eraser tool! 
as for the bubbles ---> black and white color, used hard brush once again. fufu <33
