Hello guys!!! Whew, this is FINALLY done and off my chest........And now I can move on to other things haha
So, as you may have noticed I didn't post anything for the past few days because I kind of gave up on that, haha XD Right after I posted I got sick and I realized -- why do I need to stress myself out to post things? So, that ended.
I cut the dragon out of paper and glued him onto two layers of foamcore with modge podge glue, and then glued THAT onto a canvas I painted with acrylic.
Let me know what you guys think PLEASE because I'm pretty unsure of this one, haha.

BEAUTIFUL!i love the soft snow in the back growing that still allows the mountains to show through.the dragons colouring is very well done,the purple hues on the red scales create a lot of depth. I've personally never excelled at blending several very different media's together so this is very impressive to me.good job!

Thank you so much! I'm glad that you like it <3 Honestly I just added the purple because I have such a hard time creating darker shades of red without them turning out very ugly haha
I wasn't sure I particularly liked the snow going all the way around, but thank you for giving me a different perspective on that!

Well done good sir! This looks like it took forever to complete. The fact you made this with multiple mediums really makes this painting stand out. The dragon looks like it popping out of the painting and there's some loving attention to detail with the dragon's scales, mane and vest. This looks very professional.

Whoa, thank you so much; I appreciate your comments! It felt like it took longer than it did to make because I didn't have much time to work on it all at once. If you'd believe me, the longest part was just drawing the actual dragon haha. Again, thank you so much!

I DID use tissue paper for the fire! This was left over from when my sister and I were wrapping presents for my mum's birthday; my sister used up all of the orange so I ground my teeth down and used some pink haha XD
