This piece is alternately titled: I hate my scanner and this awesome watercolor paper looks stupid on the computer! So, in conclusion, I like watercolor, but it looks bumpy and weird when I scan it.Related content

This is a gorgeous picture, the colorus are so light and graceful and elegant looking! I love the boy's face, in particular. I think the blending and shading that was done there is fantastic. On the fish, too really impressive colouring.
The folds on his pants are some of the most realistic that I've seen( His shirt, too).
His arms look like they may be a little too short, but it seems slightly stylistic and interesting like that anyway.

Thank you! You're always so nice to me. I know the arms are stubby, I did it half on purpose, to see if it would make him look more like an awkward little kid and half because I was too lazy to change it.

I think the drawing is neat with the texture. This is really neat, you draw great fish. As always you have a keen eye for colour.
