Alright, the hair is nice- except for the ponytail in the back, where it needs a bit more work- as well as the strand of hair in the middle of her head~(it looks a bit too sharp and it could use a bit more 'bounce')
Your face shapes are getting better, but I do believe that, quite often, the cheeks are just way too sharp. They're alright on this picture though, but maybe work on that a bit more as well :3
Knee shapes- Her left knee is alright (the one on our right) but her right one (our left~) is again too sharp and just doesn't look right. You can look at your knee and see the way it looks :3 Or references work, too.
The way you colour skin & add blush- the skin colours just don't blend well to me, on multiple pictures of yours. I think you just need some more time on that, references, tutorials- or just practice :3 [link] <-- That could help ^^
Like you said, the hands- they're okay, everybody takes hands at their own level xD So I think you did pretty well with them-just the thumbs bother me ._. (a little small I think)
Your Shading With Clothes- They can be messy sometimes in some areas, but other areas they look nice~ but the areas where they are messy is awfully distracting to the rest of the picture ^^
Her Shoulders look a bit off- but that might just be me ._.
Her ear looks a little odd but it's covered by hair so it looks fine :3
Also the biggy- you would be able to see her collar bone with that shirt on! Slightly- but without it there it looks weird~~
Maybe work on the shape on her eyes but I think you're doing fine with that :3
I love her shorts O: You did awesome on those, the shading, colour, and folds :3
Her sock and her foot is adorable x3
You did nice on the hair besides what was already mentioned ^^ (I like how you coloured the hair, too)
Her neck looks perfect (but again, don't forget the collarbone >w<)

actually yt is blocked in my country but i'll try to work on my skin coloring
and clothes shading...thats the hardest part for me ehehe
oh now that you point it out i've realized that collarbones are actually higher than i thought they were -.-"
