Art trade with KureqIt has been so long since last we traded it is nice to draw your characters again
I actually drew this guy more or less two years ago as a commission in January 2018 so you can kind of count it as a redraw
here's the commission in comparison ^V^ My chisel tip pen is pretty much dried up so I ended up trying something new using the .5 fine liner to line most of this
it was kind of scary I will not lie yet I think it turned out alright especially after adding some thicker brush pen strokes hope you like it ^V^ Character from 01/15 2020 - paper size: A4

Also the thick lines look really pretty <3 The purple shading is amazing as well! it looks really interesting on the skin and really great on the hair <3 the hair itself is beautiful and soooo fluffy >w< <33

wow that comparison is great to the first commission. Look at how far you've come with colouring
But this time I'm the most amazed of his clothes, the way you left out white spaces on the jacket and pants for the lighting gives it some leather-like feeling. The grey shirt with the colourful shading and lighting looks also pretty nice. You can see how colourful your general shading got and how pretty it makes your artworks

aah true, than of course there have to be some differences but it is still a nice comparison to see how colours can chance an artwork
that's great that you took some inspiration for it. I've seen that a lot in especially black and white drawings and I always like how it looks. I tried it myself, because it's something that would fit to Avarus jacket, but it looks weird in my style :'D

Ooo! Look at all the colors on this guy OvO I really love how you used yellow in this one! It really compliments the purples and blues on him
