They never did back in the day. He-Ro almost showed up in the mini-comics though. You can see his shade in the comic called " The Powers of Grayskull The legend begins part 1"

Another guy just told me that. I should have remembered Rattlor, I loved the Snake-Men episodes of the last He-Man cartoon on Cartoon Network. They made them scary as hell
