OC by:I was looking through LYNASHEET 's page when i saw Panda-Pill 's OC Meimei and thought she looks kinda cool, so I made a fanart to practice Clip Studio's animation features.

A very well thought out character design, and a very well thought out character, Mikeinel. I get the impression that a girl such as this has a very interesting backstory. The animation of the flickering shadows also adds a touch of place to the image. I imagine her inside a cabin in the woods of some sort. Very atmospheric, and almost spooky.
I think perhaps it would have been more realistic to have added several additional frames to the animation, though. The flicker of fireΒ does cause light and shadow to move across the body, just as you have demonstrated here. However, the movement of light and shadow is never uniform in terms of how long it takes to shift the shadows, and to which extent.
So, if we imagine that you were to add some extra loops in this, the extent to which the shadows shift across her body would shift from loop to loop. Sometimes they would move a lot farther, other times they would not shift nearly as fire.
In the same way, the time it would take for the shadows and light to shift back to their original position would vary with each loop as well. Further, the time it takes for one loop is never the same as the previous one. This is how you get the actual "flicker" of fire.
Of course, I could be wrong, and the flicker of light isn't from a fire, but a swinging lamp or something.
