Cute waterfall. I always love them when they have bridges.
On a technical aspect (since you asked for critique), the highlights in the water are blown. Many times when I am processing waterfall shots, I have to layer two exposures from one RAW image to make sure that the water and surroundings are properly exposed. Our cameras do not have the same range as our eyes.
Other than that, the only thing I might've done differently is shot this in a vertical composition to get rid of some of the distracting sticks and logs.
If you plan on shooting more waterfalls, you might want to invest in a circular polarizer. It will get rid of the glare on the wet rocks, make your greens greener, and also help you get the slow shutter speed you need without going down to your smallest aperture (which causes less sharpness).

Actually that shot was even using a polarizer (hell i never remove it), was sort of strange lighting, no matter what angle it was at, the glare never went away completely.
