Description Kari waterbending
I got the idea based on this other piece I did of =wLadyB91 's O.C Kyo
I found water harder to create than fire =/ but I did enjoy drawing this and experimenting to create the water

I really love how you did the water effect!It's amazing! You have to do a tutorial about it ,i think i'd try it out like a million years and i would never get the same effect as you.
