I really like the shading of the fur on her hood. Even though the colors are so drastic in hue, they all look like they belong. Her face looks nice too, like she’s thinking about something. The picture kinda tells a story.

Lovely drawing!

I like the way the whole drawing shows the movement, flow of the wind. Nice texture for the clothes and great choice of colours. I like your style.

Umm, if I had to suggest something, I would suggest adding a subtle background. Although, that is not really necessary. It looks very good as it is right now.
