Description
These two characters are from the video game series Xenoblade.The request was made by JoviGon12 who asked for Pneuma to wield her compound bow while Ethel wields Jetstream Sam's blade, including its scabbard.
I was also given an illustration to use as a reference if I wanted to, and I did for the character poses for the most part (you can find the illustration from the original post).
I decided to put Ethel where Jetstream Sam is and Ethel where Raiden is. I Had to alter Pneuma's pose to be more bow friendly. I am a little miffed I put Ethel at the back since the sword is behind her and can't be seen at all except for some of the blade. I did try to make up for it by making the scabbard visible.
I found this to be a great challenge, the character designs were very detailed and it became very clear from the beginning that my chosen media won't be able to capture them in their full glory.
I do hope I did do the characters some justice in this drawing though!
