I'm going to end the "Superman vs Goku" debate right now because it's extremely irritating.
Before people start saying I know nothing about Goku, these people should know I have the entire manga collection at home and that db/dbz is my favourite manga/anime.

First off I'll talk about strength.
Superman's strength: 5.972 sextillion tons (sextillion has 21 zeros)
Goku's Strength at SSJ3: 3,072,000 tons (I am not counting SSJ God since he needs outside help for it and there's no official showing of what the multiplier is)

Superman:
Superman at one point bench pressed 5.972 sextillion tons for 5 days straight. Silver Age superman is known to move planets around like we move chairs around.

Goku:
Sourced from the buu arc. Goku states himself he won't be able to move with 40 tons added to his body. So he turns super saiyan and is able to fight normally with the 40 tons. SSJ2 is 2 x super saiyan so 80 tons in ssj2 and ssj3 is 4 x ssj2 so 320tons in ssj3.
When people normally train for speed/strength with weights on their legs/arms they train with 5-10lbs on each arm/leg so 40 lbs at max and these people can generally bench 200-250lbs which is 6x that so 6 x 320 tons is 1,920 tons which is still not even 1% of 5.9 sextillion tons. The SSJ multipliers are sourced from "The super exciting Guide" It's a dbz guide for those who don't know.
Some will say Goku post-BofG base form is equal to SSJ3 then I say okay so I'll multiply that 1920 tons by 400 which is the official ssj3 multiplier, this equals out to be 768,000 tons. I made an error in this part. While I was re-reading DBZ I found it to be 40 tons each instead of 40 tons in total so I'll just multiply 768,000 by 4 to get his fully strength in ssj3 which is 3,072,000 tons.

Secondly let's talk about speed.
Superman's speed: Faster than light.
Goku's speed at SSJ3: 95.04% of the speed of light. (Not counting instant transmission)

Superman:
Superman is able to keep up with the Flash and there have been many instances where it's outright stated that superman can move faster than light.

Goku:
I'll start this with calculations on SSJ Gotenks' speed since there is no feat of Goku's speed.
Gotenks at one point moves around the earth many times. In some translations he says, "a few dozen" but in the japanese he says, "several times" but for those people who will reject the japanese I'll go with the english.
now what does a few mean. Few is not 2 since that's a couple and it's not 6 since that's half a dozen, so it's 3-5. I'll stick with the 5 so 5 x 12 is 60.
SSJ Gotenks moved 60 times around the earth. The circumference of the earth is 40,075. Meaning 60 x 40,075 = 2,404,500. He moved 2,404,500 km.
Now for the time it took. He says he took a nap and waited for piccolo and piccolo states he only has 1 minute of fusion left.
A nap is normally 5-10 minutes. So I'll take the 10 minutes since that benefits his speed more. 19 minutes left.
The time he waited is really not stated. So I'll give him a waiting time of 10minutes which is highly unlikely but this benefits the dbz fans.
First I need to make minutes to hours. 9 minutes is 0.15 hours
So it took him about 9 minutes to move 2,404,500 km.
Now the formula for speed is S/t = 2,404,500km/0.15hr = 16,030,000 km/hr Now multiply this by 8 to get how much he's at in ssj3.
128,240,000 km/hr at ssj3
The speed of light is 1.07925285 x 10^9 km/hr which is 1,079,252,850 km/hr.
So at ssj3 gotenks is about 11.88% of the speed of light.
Now make this into Goku, It's shown that SSJ3 gotenks > ssj3 goku when goku says himself he'd stand no chance against super buu yet gotenks was fighting close to equal against him.
So current SSJGoku would be about equal to ssj3 gotenks. So just multiply that by 8.
and now he's 11.88% * 8 = 95.04% of the speed of light.

Now onto durability.
Superman: 150 Quintillion Megatons of force (18 zeros) and comes out unfazed.

Goku: About 110 Quadrillion Megatons of force. (15 zeros) and dies.

Superman: He got hit with 150 Quintillion Megatons of force and came out unfazed. 150 Quintillion is 1.5 x 10^20 Megatons of force.

Goku:
Everyone must remember this scene right? Well cell stated the force of the explosion was enough to destroy the earth and well this was enough to kill Goku. It takes about 110 Quadrillion Megatons of force to destroy the earth.

Finally I go to ki output.

Goku at SSJ3: 1.6288 x 10^32 megatons of force. This is like destroying 3.2 solar systems. One thing people have to understand is if Goku uses this kind of power afterwards he will be completely drained.

Goku's ki output will be calculated as such. Cell states he has enough ki to destroy the solar system. To destroy the solar system you'd need 5.09 x 10^37 tons of force.
In megatons this is 5.09 x 10^31 megatons of force. Goku said he could beat dabura who is about equal to perfect cell. I assume he'd turn ssj to fight dabura.
So just multiply it by 8 which is 4.072 x 10^32 so that's ssj3 buu arc goku. Now since many think post-BofG base goku is equal to pre-BofG SSJ3 that means multiply by 400.
That equals out to be 1.6288 x 10^35 mega tons of force.
Now divide goku's number by cell's number and you get 3.2 which is how many solar systems goku can destroy at SSJ3.

Since Supes was unfazed by the force of 1.5 x 10^20 Megatons of force I doubt a full power kamehameha could kill him AND even on the small chance that it could superman moves far too fast to be hit by it. Superman far surpasses Goku in strength, speed and durability. So I see no way of Goku winning this thing at all. Honestly speaking if Goku and Supes met they'd probably just end up being friends.
