Description This bohemian wedding dress is totally one of a kind. I used fabrics pieces that I collected over the years. My inspiration for this hippie boho dress was the textured and open wave yellow fabric that I kept a long time before finding the perfect use for. It looks like Missoni, but I'm not sure it is, my memory fall. For this one I wanted a 1920s flapper style and I wanted it very versatile and romantic with always a sexy nude back.

The top is made from this italian yellow textured multicolored fabric. I added the white brocade collar, there is a lovely silver pattern on it, in 1920s style.* Note that this white collar was hard to photograph and show the silver pattern, you can see the silver lurex thread on the inside collar of the last photo montage about collars.* It is embroidered all around in pink and yellow silk floss. The cleavage is adorned with a 1920s style lace guipure in a pale blush pink with pink and green medaillon. All hand sewn and shaped to follow the V neck. The back of this collar is buttoned: if you unbuttoned it, it will allow you to wear the collar flat. This could be useful depending of the hair style you choose.

The back strap is reversible, and totally removable if you want a spectacular nude back for your beach wedding. One side is made from this fabulous silk textured silk brocade is baby pink. The other side is made from an importer textured yellow/green cotton. The buttoned closure is real and could be unbuttoned.

The skirt is flapper dress is made from a layer of vintage ivory print silk with blossoms flowers in fushia bright pink and green leaves. Over that, I had this amazing screen gauze fabric in ivory hemmed with a cotton dotted valencienne that I used to make a more subtil contrast between the textured yellow top and the flower print silk. The hem is made from a crochet cotton fabric that I hand dyed with tea.
