I actually requested Cosmos be added to the Every Sailormoon Character ever collab www.deviantart.com/sailorsensh… because gdi I love her design and she's IMPORTANT. Yeah shes only in like 5 pages and doesnt show up in the anime at all, but she's basically God in the Sailormoon canon. (although to be fair, her opposing force, Chaos, the source of all evil and corrupter of like Every Villain in the Series, is never actually shown in full, so she's at least got that leg up on the enemy)

All the trouble I had getting my Helios to scan because it was all mother-of-pearl white shading that my scanner doesnt pick up, so what do I do? I specifically ask for a character who has EVEN MORE OF THAT. But gdi I love coloring pastel rainbow iridescent shit. This also has a lot more pearl beads on it irl that like totally vanished in the scan >:T
