Oh meh gah, anotha adopted OC!! Actually, I have no regrets on this one! ^^ He looked so so cute, I couldn't resist buying him!! This time from HalcyonOnyx I hope y'all enjoy him too~

Name: Hiroki

Occupation: 5th grader
Personality: Cheerful, positive, stubborn, extroverted, hyperactive, playful, creative
Likes: Drawing, all forms of art, his magic marker, the color purple, blooming flowers, saving people from danger, oceans, swimming, being included, super heroes, comic books, video games, his collection of markers
Dislikes: Feeling helpless and worthless, spiders, people looking at his private sketchbook, a marker being misplaced, staying still, seeing people sad, being left out, loneliness, losing his magic marker, being looked down upon
Super powers: Flight, super hearing, super strength
Weapon: His magic purple marker. When Hiroki was made by a humble artist, a marker that could make any drawing come to life (just like a 3D pen) came with him. When used, Hiroki will draw on the roads, the walls, the ceilings, or even on the rooftops to defend the town from danger- these drawings come out as 3D like figurines, but depending on the drawing, they do the job done and they do just as much damage as the real thing. The best part is, it never runs out of ink. If it does, all he has to do is give it a few shakes!
Fun facts: 1. Having been inspired by the Powerpuff Girls (and RRB) and their kids themselves, Hiroki worked long and hard to make himself stronger than ever before. But one day, when he fought a monster and tried to use one of his "super powers" like the next gen PowerRuffs (my next gen PPGxRRB kids) did, he found out that he never truly possessed the powers that the Powerpuff Girls had- no laser eyes, no special powers, nothing except his flight and super strength. Humiliated by his lack of powers, Hiroki angrily threw a mighty punch, sending the monster towards the sky, and then flew back home.
One day while drawing rainclouds on a piece of paper, Hiroki felt something rain on him- despite it not raining outside. At first, he thought that maybe it was the roof leaking. Then, a few minutes later, a storm started pouring on him. Looking up at the purple clouds, he then realized that thanks to a wish he'd made some time ago ("I wish I could make my drawings come to life"), some being up above granted his wish and made it so that he could draw ANYWHERE and ANYTHING he wanted. As a result, he draws small things that could help save a life- with great power comes great responsibility.
2. Hiroki moved from Japan to Townsville not too long ago! He's learned quite a bit of English along the way, but he doesn't always get idioms- he takes them quite literally. Once, a classmate pointed out the harsh weather while looking out the window, saying, "It's raining cats and dogs!" Hiroki perked up, then flew out towards the window, looking for the poor animals falling from the sky. When he saw none, he pouted, prompting one of his classmates to laugh at his innocence, then explain what it meant.
3. There's a certain puff that looks like a mini version of Buttercup, but has a Mario like cowlick. The way her wavy raven hair flows when she flies by him, the way she fights those monsters in Townsville, always being seen with her brother and cousins (Bruce, Bea, Brianne, Bridget) Hiroki finds himself in awe of it all. He'd love to tell Bobbie how he feels about her, but right now isn't a good time. He's far too shy around her, and she looks intimidating to him!
4. He's always trying his hardest to be included in SOMETHING with his peers. Half the time, people will look at him all weirdly and brush him off.
5. When he grows up, Hiroki wants to be a super hero artist- defined by Hiroki himself, a super hero artist is "someone who fights crime AND draws comics!!"
