I really like your art work, because you have used light washes of colour which make it feel like the innocence of a child. You have perfectly captured the moment of Garfield munching through a birthday cake, and it is nice the way you have on purpose made it look domestically produced to appeal to children. The illuminating burgundy of Garfield's fur makes the character look like the flames of the burning sun, the cautious use of crayon texture subtly and successfully creates the effect of his soft, silky fur. Your use of bright, summery colours contrasts magnificently to the simple negative back ground of an endless white void, successfully showing the character to be the main focus of the art piece. 

If I was an art teacher I would award you a C.
