Leknaat from the Genso Suikoden video games
(fyi: She's pretty much in every main game--however she has a slightly different outfit in each one...I didn't try drawing her from any particular one though....makes for coloring her hard though...I think I messed up...)

Anyhow...Leknaat herself was drawn & colored in SAI while the background was done rather quickly in Photoshop (wow...I didn't know there was a "star brush")
((And actually....I was gonna draw her "blasting" an actual spell....like from her rune or something....but got tired so yeah....hence cheapo Photoshop bg as substitute.... ))
Urm......I think I took about a straight 5 hours (meaning no breaks) total to make this...*passes out*
Besides a little of checking of clothing design...this was done freehand/by memory/no references...
Clothes:: I did try checked an image of her Card Stories & s5 version for the design of the clothes....but in the ended up doing whatever
