From my prequel fanfic, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 8.5: Rainbow In The Dark . One of Motley Cruel's teammates on Primal Scream, Black Vulture is an appropriately grim, solemn, and merciless fighter who acts as the assassin of the group, eliminating targets from the shadows. Compared to the others, Black Vulture is very no-nonsense, going straight for the kill. He was born from the collective randomness of the despairs of deaths throughout billions of years, forming into the entity, Black Vulture.

The song, Black Vultures by Halestorm is about vultures- scavengers who feed on the carcasses of dead animals. In this song, Lzzy Hale uses these birds as a metaphor for the critics waiting for her to fail. Instead of feeling defeated, she is empowered, determined to prove them wrong. In this scenario, the protagonists who face him are the ones to prove him wrong by averting his attempts to make their deaths a foregone conclusion.

I made him a grim reaper with a vulture aesthetic due to both having a strong connection with the concept of Death, being an obstacle to overcome in order to defy fate. The vulture and Grim Reaper aesthetic would also foreshadow Joan's Stand evolution as it incorporates similar traits in its succeeding forms.

Stand/Stand User: Black Vulture- named after the song, Black Vultures by the band, Halestorm.
Ability: Death Creation- it is able to alter reality to create a scenario from which its target will inevitably die by swinging its scythe. It can also fly above the planet without the need to breath air.
Destructive Power: Beyond Omega Tier- not only physically above a top-tier Stand in terms of raw power, but also it has powers over fate on the matter of death.
Speed: Beyond Omega Tier- above a top-tier Stand in terms of raw agility and reflexes.
Range: Beyond Omega Tier- Planetary Range.
Precision: Beyond Omega Tier- The ability hones in on the specific target with pinpoint accuracy.
Persistence: Beyond Omega Tier- Ability lasts until Black Vulture allows them to stop/
