Here's the last capo of the Lucioni Crime Family, as well as the last character for my Pillage series idea and here is Tate Westley, whom, despite his status, hardly gets any respect, due to his cowardly nature and that most of his accomplishments are nothing more than sheer luck. Here is his profile:

Personality: Desperate, determine and obedient but meek, inept and incompetent
Appearance: He is of average size, has sepia hair that is parted to his left, with beady eyes, a pointed nose and a prominent bucktooth, wears a brown sweater, golden yellow baggy pants and sepia shoes with X logos on them.
Weapon: Entitlement-Nothing more than a simple baton, it is at least strong enough to knock a few targets unconscious, as well as having a decent defense, but it is overall quite weak on its own.
Description: The last person that anyone thought could work with a group like the Lucioni Crime Family, Tate Westley somehow made his way to the ranks as the most recent Capo, though the family themselves looked down on him, due to his cowardice and how lucky he was to avoid drawing any attentions from the Knights. Dismayed that he wasn't getting any respect for this, Tate has begun to try out any desperate measures to get the respect he thinks he deserves.
