It’s hard coming to terms with what you are deep down.
Inspired by a scene in Aliens, and fueled by god-only-knows-what.
This was actually a moment in our Dark Heresy campaign. Otto used a little too heavily, and as the airship the party was on was being attacked, he got a visit from his imaginary fairy nid mother. And... promptly crawled into what he thought was a sudden hole in the wall. We're not quite sure just where he went, but the general consensus was that he rooted around under his bed thinking it was a tunnel. He thinks best in tunnels.

I think my favorite part of everything is that I really don't know just how far his mutation/hybridization has gone. The God-Emperor keeps a lot of that to himself. Meanwhile Otto keeps doing things that he doesn't quite realize are in line with his hive-- color choice of clothes, for instance. He just seems to gravitate to purples and teals more and more. Haaah.
