I must say I overlooked the details while scrolling through because the colors all blend in sort of. It's beautiful when looked closely but easy to overlook at first glance imo.
Compared to the work on the face, the eyes could use a bit more detail. The eyelashes are so well done ; - ; Also love the expression and texture. Really the cheeks are the hero of the piece xD I think the hair looks too bright and lacks detail compared to whole. Because if you look at the eyelashes and eyebrows then the hair, it doesn't fit in.
The lips make the overall expression look a tiny bit sad but sidelong glance gives a more studying look. I think overall the piece is very well done, and looks very realistic keeping in might it's a .. not sure what it is.. elf? The ashen skin, horns and black eyes, they're perfect. I'll also add that I love the pink tint on the nose.
Sorry if the review was running everywhere, I tried to keep it coherent. It's a lovely piece and very original, the background and texture just brings it to life. Ah! Just noticed the leafy shadow on the drawing, looks pretty. I hope you do a full body sketch >_< I'm curious.

I'd say the highlight between noses connecting to the bridge of eyes are what caught my attention to this artwork, I liked the depth in this artwork ( and freckles too!! ) peharps some things you should try to improve; adding more contrast between face/hair to the background because it all blends well. (However if that was your intent, then it has worked sucessfully! Ingore my comment if you dont agree with me)
The hair in comparison to the whole artwork is plain and flat, could use some detailing. (again ingore if you dont agree )
