I love the lighting over nicks fur it also makes the atmosphere feel warm to counterpart with the sad atmosphere. Indicating a hopefulness in nicks mind that Judy may come back.

Do you know how many flowers did Nick buy?
Everytime he visits Judy, he buys one.
Everytime he buys one, he always pray to make Judy better.
The Flowers might express Nick's emotions during Judy's coma/any illness The first flower might express that he thinks Judy will be fine, it goes on and on, the flowers started to look sadder, if he got to the rose part, it means he miss Judy talking to him, visiting him, everything that makes Nick think of Judy. He slowly suffers depression. Maybe this is why its called Roses Today. Schedules.
I can imagine letters on the wall, and the tables, even Judy wont read those, It will express his emotions.
It will say: Please, don't leave me.
Or Please, Don't die, i have nobody without you.
