It was mostly just some curves adjustments for the colors (raise red and green in highlights, lower blue) and some dodging and burning to get the overall highlights and shadows where I wanted them. I also did basic retouching on her face with the cloning tool and a slight blur. To balance out the tones and make everything more warm, I made another layer about it and made that one sepia and lowered it's opacity to about 40 or 50 percent. That's what put a lot of the orange/brown in it.
