Its made with a fractal generating program called apophysis, and if you're not very familiar with it, this can be a difficult effect to acheive.

huuh,yes i tried to get to know apophysis.the only thing i cvan make in it,are those cosmic pictures,but that's nothing.I guess it's too hard to explain how to make that one.Oh well.Anyway,good luck~
