Originally, I was going to draw Winter, but the more I sketched, the more I realized that it looked too aloof and baleful to be Winter and that it looked more like Arctic. (To be fair, most IceWings do look very aloof and baleful, but I think Arctic takes the cake.)
Of all the characters in the entire WOF series, I think Arctic is the most tragic.
