I was asking if she had permission from the artist, in the description it does not list ninjatic as the artist, nor imply that she/he had the permission to edit and re-upload their artwork.
The person also list their artwork as a stock image, which offers other people to use it as well. Which is very bad in the case that ninjatic did not offer permission.Β
