kinda hard to describe.  The animation files have animations on the root transforms.  Thats what I used to swap them.  If the session file in the download opens properly its at the very beginning of the scene, like frame 1 (it starts at 0), and the second her hoof punches her at frame 58.

I don't really know what to say other than... This is impressive.

Perfectly looped, and it's nearly impossible to tell exactly which frames the models switch.
