Reminder: Like I said, this is on my friend, [nowboyfriend>w>] not me. He let me draw on him. c:
These were my original ideas & since this piece got so popular many rude people have come along in the comments and many people have "borrowed" my ideas. Slightly offended but I suppose that's what happens when you get front page& later featured in many cool places. At least I have the clean conscious of in ripping off other people's ideas or bullying people.

used to do similar stuff on maths- doodle anywhere, on friends, myself, notebooks and table
anyway- like the left hand more, simply because i like floral designs more than mechanic-but both are awesome

Amazing work, I like the incompleteness of the right hand, it's a cool contrast to how busy and complex the left is. The left arm reminds me of lace, it's really pretty
Oh, side note, to anyone who tells you to pay more attention in class: There have been studies done that show an increase in memory retention (especially in math and science classes) when you're doodling or drawing.

did you just use a regular ballpoint for this??? it's amazing and I do the same all the time, but i can never find a pen that works well enough.... that lasts long enough....
Nonetheless! I love it, the right hand reminds me of something steampunk or iron giant or miyazaki.
Left reminds me of the bottom of a river or a cobblestone road or a fish. But I love them both!

I adore both but I think I would have to say the left! The design flow is clustered but doesn't look overpoweringly busy. Something about the design it's self just strikes me as really really. *o* It's love, both of them are for that matter!

I prefer the right hand. I've always loved drawings of robotish things (gears, etc) and the left hand seems kinda crowded. It's a nice pattern and I like how it encompasses the whole arm and ends at the knuckles, and I'm sure the little white space was purposeful, but I still like the right hand better. P.S. your friend is very lucky

You're probably like me and retain information better while doodling. It's proven that it helps some people

I like the right one the most, it reminds me of the skeleton, you should had gone all the way up. I would had loved to seen what you would had done at the elbow

Left. Not only because I love floral patterns like that but because I think leaving your fingers and palm of your hand clear gives it a more intriguing look.

Just saying, but math is still going to be important in art school unless you go to a place like full sail. Just from personal experience. Aaaanyway moving on great use of mathematics in the doodles though!!! Perfect argument for not paying attention.

I know what you mean. I think it's a mind set. Because I know I'm not stupid...but in things like algebra 2 my mind takes things too far and over complicates it...But thankfully I've mastered what I need. I'm gooooooood. After this year I'm definitely out of math.

Algebra I actually liked. It's everything else that kills me. I even panic over multiplication (but I did really well in division... which is weird).
