And yeah adding quotes to an image is a bit corny but I like It. I usually have one song that I listen the most during picture painting and I though its kinda cool to mention it as in my head its completing the image

Looks like a scene from the book "Otherland". In that scene people fight in cyberspace to free real friends that can not escape from that virtual reality... Actually even the woman in the tank can not leave cyberspace anymore.
If you think you want to read the books, only read the "Books" section here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otherlan⦠- otherwise you'll read major spoilers. Part of the story is that the reader as well as the figures have no clue what's happening and why - knowledge comes in small portions. You'll only really understand when you have read the last book.

When i look at this picture i think of the book i once read called "Game slaves" by Skinner, Gard. It is really cool and amazing detail. Wish i could do stuff like this but either i dont have the time or the patience so ill just stick with what i do.

Damn, yeah I've been there, realizing that everything you've ever known is completely wrong is one hardcore kind of trauma. The subconscious mind's natural reaction to this trauma is starting over by creating a new personality (in essence, this trauma is very likely to cause multiple personality disorder, it did with me). Another personality is the only direction you can run towards when your own mind has become your living hell, and if you don't run, you will just break. Bye bye mental-health, for life.
10 years, and although I was lucky beyond measure and got my MPD successfully treated with hypnotherapy 5 years ago. I only ended up realizing that without my multiple personality disorder I am not functioning as well as I did with it. It was actually the only thing that held me together, now that it's gone I've already been in free-fall since the moment it was treated, and it took me this long to realize that there's nothing I can do about it
Learning that you've lived your entire life making decisions based on knowledge that was completely wrong, it hits you harder than any truck or train ever could, I wish I had just been hit by a truck instead.

I don't mindΒ the quotes.Β It helps me write a mental story to relate the title to the image.Β I like to imagine not just what is going on but what led up to that moment.Β BTW the picture is very well done, particularly the texturing.
