Description
This picture was a slow process but I like how it came out it was first sketched by hand scanned into the computer, then had filters added to it. Then I colored it in using a watercolor style in photoshop.This is for all the sonic and lord of the rings fans out there ^^
like my sister :3 ^^

Oh... Yeah, I picture her more as Galadriel than Arwen. I'm not sure why... Galadriel just fits better I suppose...
