Another Warren Ellis REMAKE thread; this week: Captain Marvel!
No, not SHAZAM or any of Marvel's Captain Marvels, but some Z list hero that could split his arms, legs and head off and re-assemble them. He yelled "Split" to split them apart, and "Xam!" to re-assemble. Which means this is one of the weirdest/lamest/acid trip hero concepts out there in the late 60's/early 70's.

Figuring that eventually Captain Marvel would be purchased by a huge Japanese toy company and mass produced. Sorry, no detachable penis, as this toy is rated "G" for "Goofy Crap that Kids will understand".
