****Writing rant ahead - contains spoilers about the first "Anachrony" comic****

*Sigh*Well....... Finally, this storyline was beginning to actually make SOME kind of sense and then, after finishing the sixth panel of this page, I realised that there was a HUGE plot hole (unless you ignore the first "Anachrony" comic) in my explanation of why the people on the galleon wanted to stay outside of time.

Namely that, as shown in the seventh panel, Gustavus could just give them a copy of the sigil which he used (well, the second sigil. If he gave them the first one then the results would probably be.... interesting LOL!) and the whole storyline would be over fairly quickly and everything would be resolved.

And, given that this story really hasn't contained that much in the way of dramatic tension so far - this just seemed like a bit of a cop-out. So, I had to come up with this ridiculously contrived explanation in the last panel - which, hopefully, will end up making more sense in later pages of this comic.

*sigh* I hope that this comic doesn't turn into another "Tuladore" [link] or into something of the same level of quality as episode 5 of CRIT [link] (the beginning of that episode was quite good, but I got serious writer's block [after basically "writing myself into a corner", so to speak] and ended up finishing it earlier than I initially expected using an incredibly contrived ending).
