This brush does not work with Photoshop CS5. I bought it and now I cant use ir. Please give me my money back.

When I try to load the brush, photoshop says. "Could not load the brushes "Smoke BRushes by Pelleron.abr" because the file is not compatile with this evrsion of Prohothop.
