Description
It's Oz time again, and I thought on drawing the Rankin Bass version of the Tin Man, who is named Rusty. This is my second time drawing him, as it's been 13 years since I last drew him, which you can see here: www.deviantart.com/percyfan94/…
Anyway, they went the extra root to make him heartless like a grouch. I based him more on the followup movie they did called "Return to Oz" (no relation to the Disney movie).
