Almost everything about this portrait is just great. The lighting, the angle, even the way she looks at the camera. It all has a feeling of "softness" to it, not sure if it's photoshop or a natural effect, either way it looks beautiful. (So does she). The way this flows and the focus of it to me is just a bit off though, just a nitpick. Maybe it's just my way of seeing things but her eyes seem to "pop" out a little, It could be amazing to some but I don't quite seem to appreciate it all that much, again, just a nitpick. The angle makes all the shadows breeze through quite easily, again, very beautiful, and it seems to be the main formula for this portrait to work, giving it originality and simple but effective technique. Unique model (I like her). I like window light but the shallow depth of field/haze? doesn't do anything in the image. No background elements to create separation except for her arm. It that separation looks unnatural given that that is a part of own body outside of the focal plane. If it was another object I could be passable. Looks like there's chromatic noise in the shadows. Perhaps using more fill light and then using a gradient mask to reduce the loss of detail.
I do like the hairlight though.
