And I'm sorry to hear ; n ; Some banks just require a school ID + your mugshot picture, but idk some banks are way more picky and strictly enforce the "2 government issued IDs please" thing.

Haha, it's actually a good decision on his part not to allow you a credit card yet. Tbh I don't like them (that's why I use a reloadable debit card instead,) because when I still did have a CC, it got compromised and we got charged 26k on it (even if the credit limit is 10k, I mean wth.) And CCs encourage debt.Ā
I thought a Paypal account can be made without a CC now, though! The other annoying thing about cashing out from PP to our banks is the fairly huge cut PP takes (unless your account is with UnionBank.) That's why I ask Filipino artists who are based here if they prefer bank deposits instead Ā u v uĀ

I haven't really looked into it so I wouldn't know XD I only know of one other friend here in dA who takes Paypal, though I haven't asked her properly on what happens when she withdraws from it (if she withdraws at all). Perhaps if I got one I wouldn't really withdraw and just use it to transfer here and there (adoptablesss cries)
