OH MY, idk I've been kind of emotional over Pegasus these days and so, this drawing came out :')

Cyndia died when Sam was 5 years old :<

(I know his lastname is supposed (?) to be Crawford in the original... tho it's so weird that no one ever calls him Crawford-san in Japan, so....I just stick to Pegasus as lastname lmao)

I get a lot of questions over my oc being Pegasus and Cyndia's daughter, since ya know, Pegasus in 24 in canon. But well in my story Pegasus is 35 (HONESTLY HOW IS THIS MAN 24) xD, let me write a bit about my timeline for him:

Sam was born when both her parents were 19, they got married at 21.
Cyndia falls ill at 24, when Sam was 5, she dies some months later.
Pegasus falls deep into depression but tries to stay strong for Sam. They start traveling a lot, mostly so Pegasus can find new inspiration to keep his painter career afloat, Sam usually goes with him.
In his first trip to Egypt he learns about ancient Egyptian beliefs around life and death and becomes interested in them. In his second trip (he goes without Sam) he meets Shadi and is chosen by the millenium eye (25 yo). Shadi gives him the pendant for his daughter.
It takes around 3 years for duel monsters to be developed completely, through the years Sam starts noticing her father's erratic behavior. He calms down a bit after the incident with the god cards, but she can't help wondering why her dad is so obsessed with recreating the Egyptian shadow game (Pegasus never tells her the millenium eye granted his wish of seeing -albeit briefly- Cyndia again).
Duel monsters is launched when Pegasus is 28 (basing on anime canon, duel monsters was already popular when Seto Kaiba was around 11 so, the game should be at least 5+ years old xD).
