I too tried "WEBCOMIC" but that was like almost three years ago and I quite because they weren't much friendly communications on the site. Especially when the owner of "webcomic" saw a comic that is written in different language instead of English, he calls them stealers. The comic I make was the oldest version of 'The Last Immortal' which I stopped and reboot it here in deviant art. If you really want to start in "Webcomic" then, I wish you good luck.
