"Ethereal" Getting this shot nearly killed me, it was right at the bottom of a deep ravine and a massive tree covered in some sort of tangy vine with spikes had fallen across the only safe way in so I had to slide down the wall the least steep side of the ravine on my butt using my feet against rocks and tree roots to control my descent, getting down was ok (apart from a muddy backside LOL) but going back up was a disaster I lost my footing on a patch to slick clay when I was almost to the top of the ravine wall and almost fell about 6 meters onto a pile of rocks. My camera bag saved me from what I'm guessing would have been some fairly serious injury's when one of my shoulder straps got caught on a tree root as I was sliding to my death, allowing me to grab a hold of something solid and get back to my feet. Bless you Lowepro you guys make the most awesome bags apparently they are life saving devices as well as stylish camera bags Being smashed into little tiny pieces would still have been worth it though, I really love this shot. Neither me nor my camera was seriously damaged during this shoot!
