ooh very nice! how did you colour it? multiply for lineart over colour layer?

it't tough coloring it on GIMP..lol I worked on the brightness-contrast, made the lineart transparent, and darkened the lines with FG color(:

If you'd like a tut on it, I only use the first half to set up lineart~

no blur huh? ok, go around the drawing and select only the character using polyagonal lasoo. make a new layer and fill it black, then hide it. this is to make selecting the character only a piece of cake.

Make another new layer and using low opacity white and black coloured soft brushes just paint in highlights and shadows!

Make sure the light is coming from one direction, and dont forget about its parts interacting, such as its head making a shadow on its neck and such. i would advise putting the light source coming from the top right. human eyes are naturally drawn to highlights! so having it mainly on the head and horns draws them to the areas of the most detail! (random tidbit! this is why floor illumination in horror movies is creepy! it draws your vision away from normal human facial features and to the ones you dont focus on as much normally as well as making the look a bit different in general!)

Info overload!
