if you print foto or whatever on paper or folie whitch doesn't absorb the inkt, than you can quickly imprint to another paper or something what absorb the ink and the color part are just painted stripes with water colors (anilinky is the name in my country, bright color watercolors) and also imprinted till it was wet.
